DIY Face masks you can make using everyday items from your kitchen

At this point I’ve spoken with enough dermatologists to know that scrubbing your face is not the best idea – especially if you have sensitive skin. Exfoliation should be done with chemicals pads and peels so, while formulating nut or coffee-based scrubs isn’t necessarily smart (though the skin on your body is tougher than on your face and thereby less prone to irritation, so you can opt for them on your body to exfoliate) there are a ton of face masks that you can easily make yourself! With peak cold weather around the corner, now is the time to load up on recipes for hydrating and anti-acne face masks.
