The Bag Snob
Good for: Straightforward information. If it's good, the bag snob will say so, and if not, the bag snob will tell you that, too. As well as handbag giveaways, they also cover fashion and celebrity gossip in general, and invite readers to vote on celebrity photos in their hilarious 'Snob or Slob' section.

Need to know: Tina and Kelly are The Bag Snob Girls, who present 'a selective editorial on bags'. They bring you handbag-related news daily, and aren't afraid to be very opinionated.

Blog sampler: 'I am super irritated by the latest trend of clear PVC see-thru bags; not only are they ugly and cheap looking, they're outrageously expensive.' "

Apple Daily, Taiwan and Hong Kong's #1 newspaper honored Bag Snob with a full page profile last month. A big Thank You to Chia Hua Lin for her in depth report and for introducing us to thousands of new readers in Asia! Our families were able to read this and finally understand our business (and that we're not just "playing" on our computers all day long. Well, we actually are playing but it's not our fault our work is so fun!). My 93 year old grandmother, who has been my inspiration for a lifetime, is most proud of us and that means the world to me. Thanks Sasha and Monique, for allowing us to write for the best celeb magazine in the world!

Taiwan's Eastern Times newspaper re-printed our article on the LV Tribute Patchwork bag last week, causing our traffic to more than double. No surprise that there are lots of Bag Snobs in Taiwan, where the Bag Snob girls were born. Of all the press we've received to date, getting a shoutout from the motherland has made us most proud! We are very excited to have so many new Taiwanese readers- welcome!

Kelly didn't want me to post this because she said people are annoyed (mostly bloggers who don't know us) when we mention our latest press and perceive it as shameless self promotion. So for everyone's edification, we have this Press link because we have been too busy to put together a proper press kit and this is a way for our advertisers to see different markets we are reaching, so if you are not an advertiser, skip this nonsense and go down to the latest "it" bags! We have not solicited any of the press we've received to date and we don't really know how they keep finding us. We are also baffled that fashion editors of prestigious international magazines continue to contact us for interview but we are grateful and humbled by the attention given to us.
