All the beauty trends you need to know from milan fashion week

Does it get any better than this? Carla Bruni killed it at Dolce & Gabbana! She appears effortlessly elegant even with all that brocade and jewelry. Natural and romantic hair and makeup looks have been a trend since New York Fashion Week and this is the epitome of that. Isabella Rossellini also walked in the show with her family.  It’s worth noting that models were given individual looks, another trend that we’ve seen fairly often this season (surprising given that, that surely inflates costs).

Just before the big announcement that Michael Kors bought Versace, the runway show took place with all the brand’s signatures. I know people love to hate Emily Ratajkowski, but I think she’s beautiful and totally embodies the sexiness of the brand. It may not be earth-shattering, but a strong cat-eye and neutral lips are always a great combo in my opinion.

Hair accessories continued to be a trend in Milan with one of the most notable being at Fila – only because I wonder, given how strong the atheleisure trend is, if sweatbands will actually be something people wear outside of the gym.

The perfect look when you’re too lazy to wear makeup on the runway at Salvatore Ferragamo.
