London Snobs, you’re gonna love what I’m about to share with you today. Anya Hindmarch is hosting a Cloud Installation at Whitehall Banqueting House to celebrate its A/W ’18 Chubby Cloud Collection (and to mark the start of London Fashion week).
As my Vietnamese name is a direct translation to ‘pink clouds’ you could say I have some sort of affinity to clouds, so when Tina brought Chubby Cloud to my attention, I was naturally intrigued and I bet you are too.
The event gives you the chance to visually soak in the breathtaking ceiling of 17th century paintings by Flemish Artist, Peter Paul Ruben. But instead of walking through it, you’ll be wobbling and sinking in a fun ‘cloud’ beanbag installed in the House, which Anya Hindmarch describes as ‘the worlds biggest beanbag’.
The three day event starts 14 September and has a roster of famous faces who will read bedtime stories and sing lullabies, among other activities. Prices are so affordable (£7.50 to £15), I could hardly believe my eyes. Snap them up here, and note the timetable of activities! You can of course, buy Chubby Cloud merchandise and parts of the collection, too.
The Chubby Cloud collection itself is so fun and I expected nothing less of Anya Hindmarch. It includes quilted nappa leather and brings forth Anya Hindmarch’s unique frivolity to such a fun motif.
