I have always loved the construction of Chloé bags, and while they’ve been on a recent roll this year, this may just be the best yet. The Georgia is an updated saddle style, a refined equestrian bag, if you will. So refined, in fact, that it’s modern and nuanced enough you may not notice the influence – and that’s the beauty of it.
Who knew repetition could look this good? The multiple pockets serve the purpose of both function and form with double-flap twin closures. The effect is effortless, and so is the organization. Keep your lip gloss, cards, and keys in the main body, and slide your phone in the thinner front pocket for quick access.
It looks equally desirable in toffee or black (but come on, how could you not be drawn to the red?!), and it’s ideal for wearing crossbody, the most relaxed way to sport a bag these days. There’s just an ease about Chloé bags, however you carry them. Uncontrived and unintentionally chic, Georgia will be on my mind until she’s in my hands. Chloé Georgia on NET-A-PORTER for $1,090.
Wear with: A schoolboy blazer, like Polo Ralph Lauren’s crest-embroidered version, is cool in an unconventional way – probably because it’s so traditionally conventional. On My Theresa for $656.
