The End of Summer Glow: Get Up & Glow

The End of Summer Glow

I switch up beauty routines each season to challenge my skin, testing out new products while also keeping tried-and-true must-haves in the rotation. For over a decade, I’ve hoped that one of these regimens would give me the perfect dewy glow, and with the latest, I’ve finally cracked the code!

Natura Bissé Diamond Extreme Eye:icon If you’re a longtime Beauty Snob reader, you know that I’ve used Diamond eye cream on and off since college. The latest version raises the bar with light-reflecting particles that add extra radiance. On NET-A-PORTER for $202.

Sunday Riley Good Genes Treatment:icon This can be used either as a serum or a mask. A few drops, and it’s like your face has been smoothed in one of those skin-perfecting apps. Real life Photoshop! For a more intense treatment, use as a mask and rinse it off after 20 minutes. At Sephora for $105.

Sunday Riley Juno Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil:icon This is basically liquid gold. The lightweight oil absorbs immediately, giving you a luminous glow. At Sephora for $125.

Chantecaille Rose de Mai Cream:icon Formulated with a healing extract from one of the world’s rarest roses, this cream is light, yet ultra-moisturizing. On NET-A-PORTER for $210.

Fresh Sugar Face Polish:icon Besides sloughing away dead skin, this scrub is incredibly moisturizing. I love it so much I’ve continued to use it for 10 years. The strawberry and brown sugar mix smells so delicious, it’s all I can do to keep from eating it. At Sephora for $58.

The End of Summer Glow

Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer:icon Nothing erases dark circles faster (except maybe eight solid hours of sleep…but who’s got the time??). At Barneys New York for $25.

Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation SPF 15 PA++:icon It’s even better than the hype suggests. I’m crazy about all things Koh Gen Do, but this is one of my favorites. Apply two layers with a moistened sponge for medium coverage. At Sephora for $62.

Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation Illuminator:icon Use a few drops across the tops of cheekbones, the bow of your upper lip, and in the inner corners of the eyes. If you look closely at babies, these are the areas on their faces that glow! At Sephora for $39.

By Terry Hyaluronic Blush:icon Smile and apply to the apples of cheeks for a natural and healthy I-just-ran-five-miles (or I-just-had-morning-sex) flush. At Bloomingdale’s for $42.50.

    Hi Tina,
Which shade do you use for the koh gen do foundation and the illuminator?
