Haney x FarFetch: Bewitching San Miguel

Two weeks ago, I went on a most memorable trip to mystical San Miguel Allende with FarFetch and Haney. Mary Alice Haney, the founder of Haney, and the team at FarFetch planned 4 days and 3 nights of experiences I’ll never forget!

I knew it was special the minute I landed and was enveloped in a most calm and serene energy emanating from the entire city. Mere words can not describe he colors, the architecture, the people and sights of SMA  (and the parade!). I plan on returning as soon as I can because I’ve barely scratched the surface of all that is to be discovered there.

If you’ve never been to this culturally rich city nestled in the mountains of San Miguel, I highly recommend you plan a trip asap!!

We kicked off our first night with a tequila tasting and dinner on the rooftop of Amparo hotel, a newly renovated boutique hotel that made me feel like I was home every time I returned. I’m wearing the navy one-shouldered Emerson jumpsuit with my own gold belt. I love the flattering slit in the long sleeve. Available at FarFetch.com

The most adorable little bar at the Amparo hotel! It’s like time stopped here centuries ago.

An old world Mexican candy shoppe! I bought lots of treats here for friends and family.

If you guessed my dress choice was inspired by our tablescape at dinner, you’d be correct!

On night two, I opted for the asymmetric metallic Lena top with metallic Colette track pants. Wearing metallic Jimmy Choo sandals cuz I’m committed to my looks! Vintage Chanel vanity box bag. Haney top and pants: FarFetch.com

This city loves parades, mariachi and tequila! How perfect for me!

Beauty and color everywhere!

Red Holly dress with high slits shows off legs in a most elongating silhouette. It’s my favorite dress of the moment. In multiple colors at FarFetch.

Dinner at Meg Haney’s gorgeous home.

The grand cathedral of San Miguel. I had the best time exploring this city thanks to the our tour guide Javiar from Amparo hotel.

My new purchases, two floral crowns from street vendors. Because why not wear flowers in your hair while you stroll the magical streets of San Miguel, or anywhere for that matter?

This Haney caftan is from Resort ’20, choker available now at Haney.com – as you can see, I wore my belt a lot!

Highly recommend getting lost on the colorful cobbled streets of of San Miguel. It’s very safe there!

Found the oldest gas station in SMA. I love how the city cherishes its own history. Wearing the Elektra mini dress from FarFetch.com

I took this photo as dusk fell, the sky had just a tint of blue which provided for a most mysterious backdrop at dinner on our final night.
