Forget injectables! The latest serum from RéVive imitates the firming and tightening without any needle needed (and without a frozen, overdone brow as a result). The beauty brand was actually founded by a plastic surgeon, and for this new product, he teamed up with a Swiss biotech company to bring an ingredient to the US that has never been used here before – cone snail venom. Extracted from freshwater snails, this venom relaxes facial muscles, defines contours, improves skin tone and texture, and instantly minimizes wrinkles. Sounds incredible, right? Well, at $600 a bottle, it also has an incredible price tag to match. If it works, it might just be worth the cost, though, especially when you consider that the average Botox treatment rings in at around $500.
Have you tried a skincare product that lists venom as its main ingredient? Let us know how it worked for you in the comments below! RéVive Intensité Line Erasing Serum available at Nordstrom for $600.
