Sports bras that double as swimwear are now a thing

With summer in the rear view mirror and the cooler temperatures in our midst you wouldn’t think that now was the time to consider sports bras that double as swimwear, but they’re a major trend that is continuing this season. And when you think about it, it really does make sense. You might not be going from Barry’s Bootcamp to the beach, but if a top is strong enough to hold up against ocean waves it should do great when up against a 12.0 treadmill sprint. Plus as activewear brands step up their game this also means that when you do hit the water – let’s say for winter break – you’ll have a swim top that’s many steps above the basic triangle bikini top. Checkout some of the standout looks below. As a rule of thumb Koral and Gigi C are great brands to look at for multi-duty, super stylish designs.

Koral Motivate Scuba Crop Top, $84

Gigi C Eden Top, $130

Carbon38 Cami Bra, $58

Left on Friday Double Scoop Top, $85

Beach Riot Ribbed Peyton Top Neon Pink, $88

These sport bras look super trendy! Such a different look than regular swimwear. No need to buy both separately, I love 2-in-1 things!

Muscle For Life The best way to lose weight is not to crash diet or have bursts of exercise, but to make slow changes. The best way to make these changes and stick to them is to make a weight loss program. This can be used to set out your targets, how you are going to achieve them, and changes as they occur. In order to lose weight you need to asses your energy intake. Food is used as energy for your body, and any energy not used is stored as fat.
