It’s a tale as old as time. I prepare myself for a long day of Christmas shopping, list in hand, ready to buy something for everyone. And then I get home and somehow only end up with two presents wrapped under the tree because, well, I’ve decided to keep everything else for myself. Merry Christmas to me? I know I’m not alone, and frankly I know it’s everyone’s favorite Christmas game.
So instead of coming up with the traditional gift list, I’m mixing it up this year. I figure if I get to shop for gifts that I’d want to open, it’s more likely that enough will make it under the tree by Christmas morning (while still filling my closet with the obligatory holiday stash). Sound logic, as far as I’m concerned. Oh, and it’s all under $150 so that buying one to gift and one to keep doesn’t sound so crazy after all.
