Top 5 D’Orsay Pumps: A Woman’s Right to Shoes

Top 5 D’Orsay Pumps

Few shoes are sexier than the d’Orsay pump. It curves seductively, revealing just a little more skin than usual to play up your legs. This also means that the style is best for slim feet, though. If the foot spills out the sides, it will feel – and look – not unlike a muffin top. Try different cuts (some are more severe than others) to find the one that works for you!

Kurt Geiger London Bond 2 D’Orsay Pump:icon “Shoe chandeliers” decorate the front of Kurt Geiger stores. Imagine one stocked in all metallic silver! At Nordstrom for $550.

Prada Bicolor Suede D’Orsay Pump:icon Prada offers a little extra support with this delicately strapped pump. The high-cut backing adds a soft touch to complement all of your ladylike dresses. At Neiman Marcus for $790.

Manolo Blahnik Tayler D’Orsay Pump:icon The d’Orsay style lends itself perfectly to a play on ombré, turning from bright blue to navy as the heel goes back. At Nordstrom for $735.

Armani Open-Toe Half D’Orsay Sandals:icon Armani also mixes colors – and materials – transitioning from Bordeaux suede to shiny, black leather. At Barneys New York for $775.

Kurt Geiger London Bond D’Orsay Pump:icon The design team at Kurt Geiger has quite the flair for d’Orsay heels, this time eschewing metallic for a multi-colored, snake-embossing. At Nordstrom for $500.

These D’Orsay heels you’ve chosen are gorgeous and I very much love the selection that you’ve put together. I wish I could wear those every day, but as a costume designer, I’m running around all day, and I need to wear flats. If you ever find yourself in the same situation, you might want to have a look at the D’Orsay flats I’ve shown on Fash365:

These are great! Louboutin makes a pair similar to the Manolo’s but with an extra skinny strap going across the foot–super sexy and adds a little something extra. Coincidentally also comes in a similar blue shade. Thanks for sharing!
